The City Stars Orchestra is an 17-piece Big Band made up of some of the finest musicians on Long Island. While maintaining a large selection of the great classics of the Big Band era, the band’s repertoire includes more contemporary music as well. Featured vocalist Elysa Sunshine adds another dimension with her renditions from the Great American Songbook, including works by Cole Porter, George and Ira Gershwin, Frank Loesser, Duke Ellington, Julie Styne, and many more.

We are available for any occasion, large or small, formal or informal, as well as for concerts. Depending upon your event, the City Stars Orchestra can include a variety of selections from big band favorites to show tunes, disco, Latin, rock and ballads.
